Oneline Environmentals jetting department consist of numerous, high specification, jetting/suction FlexLine units. These units are designed for every requirement.

The FlexLine concept

With the FlexLine concept, we can provide our customers with a flexible unit without knowledge of different equipment requirements throughout the job in.

The FlexLine units are prepared for a large number of extra equipment, which may have to be temporarily installed to suit the customers’ needs or requirements.

The development of the Flexline has attached great importance to the working environment, functionalism, design and of course quality. The FlexLine is manufactured under the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.

Tank and Chassis
Our tanks and chassis have been approved for transport of regular sludge or hazardous waste according to the ADR regulations.

Partition
The tank is equipped with a partition that can be moved pneumatically by means of vacuum or pressure from the compressor. The partition has 3-4 pre-set positions depending on water and sludge/debris storage requirements.

Standard FlexLine
A basic FlexLine unit has the following equipment:

• High-pressure pump: 390 litres per minute at 140 bar.
• One large jetting hose reel mounted at the back of the tank. The reel is hydraulically operated and equipped with at least 150 m of jetting hose.
• One small hose reel at the rear. The reel is hydraulically operated and equipped with 50 m 3/4” and 60 m 1/2” jetting hose.
• Vacuum pump that runs at a minimum 20,600 litres/min. A filter unit with a double cyclone filter and a float ball protects the vacuum pump.
• PLC control that ensures soft starts of pumps and control of rpm and water pressure reducing the fuel consumption thus helping the environment.
• 5” fully automatic cassette system with telescopic arm and lift.
• Reversing camera for safe manoeuvring around sites.
• Fully automatic rear-end cover.
